Fresh graduates start at the Senior Officer level in EDB. The vacancies are posted on our website: http://www.sedb.com/careers
For fresh graduates, we look for people with good Honours degrees. That usually means a Second Upper and above. Do not worry if you do not have that, you can always write in to us since we so take into consideration other factors such as your co-curricular activities and other qualities. For experienced applicants, we will assess based on the strengths and applicability of your work experience.

You will typically go through two to three rounds of interviews. During the course of the interviews, you will get the opportunity to meet with our Human Resources colleagues, our Line Managers and our top management.

Officers who perform well will also have the opportunity to be posted overseas to head up one of our 19 overseas offices worldwide.
As part of our commitment to promote work life balance amongst our staff, EDB practises flexible working hours. Under the staggered working hours arrangement, officers are welcome to choose four time periods for work: Monday to Friday

Yes, you can. We advise that you do so at least 12 months from the date of the final outcome of your previous application. This additional time will allow you to demonstrate that you have developed yourself further and have gained additional experience and/or qualifications.
