Initially, to kick start your journey with us, our 2 day interactive Orientation Programme provides an overview of the EDB, our culture and operations. Following this, officers in their first 6 months will begin intensive on-the-job training coupled with a 2 week Induction Programme. These programmes are designed to provide the background, business skills and tools you will need to perform your job in the chosen division. It is also intended to help you form a cross-divisional network of contacts and strengthen your bond with fellow EDB officers.
