P&G will set up its Asia Leadership Development Center (ALDC) as part of its plan to grow Asia leadership development with Singapore as the strategic center for this.  It also marks the cornerstone of P&G's increasing commitment to grow current & future Asian leaders for P&G both in this region & globally.   

P&G's small core Asia HR/L&D Singapore team will centrally oversee the design and delivery of leadership development strategies and programs and work with numerous P&G Asia Leaders in creating & executing programs that meet the needs of leaders is critical in obtaining the desired success criteria of building business / organisation and self leadership capabilities.
