Panasonic Electronic Devices Singapore's Technology Development Centre Opening

Panasonic Electronic Devices (PED) is establishing a Technology Development Centre to expand its mission of accelerating R&D initiatives for sustainable business growth by incorporating hardware device development, and strengthening its collaborative research works with various R&D institutions in Singapore for greater involvement in Environment, Energy and Medical Electronics industrial field. PED started operation in Singapore in 1977 and have 450 employees in Singapore. This new centre will work with the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Institute of Microelectronics, Institute of Materials Research and Engineering, and the Nanyang Technological University.
