Campus Recruitment

If you are in your final year of undergraduate studies, there are two application cycles:

Early Cycle (recommended)
Application period: September – October
Job offers may be made by November/December

Normal Cycle
Application period: January – March
Job offers may be made by April/May

The Interview Process

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a short phone conversation to help us get to know you better– your strengths, skills, accomplishments, interest in EDB, and the divisions you may be interested to join. We will also make an assessment on your fit with EDB’s work.

If you move forward in the application process, you will participate in a series of face-to-face interviews. The first round consists of an essay test followed by an interview with a line manager and a HR officer. The second round consists of a presentation test followed by an interview with a line director and a HR officer. The final round of interview will be with a member of the senior management of EDB. Throughout the process, we will continue to assess your suitability for EDB’s work, your fit with our culture, and your passion to contribute to Singapore’s economic future.
