Inter-Agency Committee to Launch Request-For-Interest Exercise for Foreign System Schools

| All Industries

An inter-agency committee, chaired by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), will be launching a Request-For-Interest (RFI) exercise for Foreign System Schools (FSS) at a closed-door briefing on 5 May 2015. A number of land parcels, each with a lease period of 30 years, will be made available for FSS use.

The RFI exercise will ensure that there is a range of high-quality schools and curricula available to meet the diverse educational needs of children of international executives in Singapore. These schools form an important part of the infrastructure necessary for Singapore to remain an attractive operating base and investment destination for international companies.
