We provide company incorporation services from scratch, including advisory, reviewing, due diligence and compliance of business regulations.

Corporate Secretarial Services

We provide company secretary services for companies which include handling of company statutory records and regulatory compliance filing such as AGM & Annual Return, among others as according to the Companies Act.

Accounting & Audit & Taxation Advisory

We provide Accounting, Audit & Taxation services which include book-keeping, monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting services and tax submissions.

Trademark & License Registration

We provide advisory for Trademark & License Registration, for example, Trademark for medication registration, Food Import & Export License, Cosmetic Notification and more.

Virtual Office

The Virtual Office is a tailor-made service for companies that do not have an operational address in Singapore. We will handle the daily mail/letters received in our registered office address and email them to clients. This service has been specifically created for self-employed persons and newly setup companies.

Employment Visa

We provide Employment Pass, Dependant Pass and S Pass application services for foreign expatriates who intends to work in Singapore.

Company Formation
