Endeavor’s new Global Hub supports founders with worldwide ambitions, leveraging Endeavor’s global network, resources, and programs.

This press release was jointly issued by Endeavor, Economic Development Board and Enterprise Singapore.

Endeavor, a global leading network of, by, and for high-impact entrepreneurs, today announced the launch of its Global Hub in Singapore, the first in Asia Pacific.

Endeavor’s new Global Hub will serve as a launchpad for founders building across borders – connecting global founders, investors, and talent with Singapore’s vibrant innovation ecosystem. At the same time, the Hub will also support Singapore-based entrepreneurs in accessing Endeavor’s global networks in leading entrepreneurial ecosystems to scale and expand. The Hub builds on Endeavor’s strong track record of supporting globally successful companies, including Singapore-based companies such as Advance Intelligence Group, Carousell, Carro, ShopBack, and StashAway.

Through the Global Hub, founders will be able to:

  • Access mentorship, strategic introductions and growth opportunities through Endeavor’s global network of 3,000+ entrepreneurs, including the founders of Latin America’s largest technology company, Mercado Libre; Poland-founded voice AI leader ElevenLabs, valued at US$11 billion (S$14.21 billion); Africa's biggest AI startup exit InstaDeep; and Bukalapak, the Indonesian technology pioneer behind the country’s largest IPO in 2021.
  • Unlock new markets, partnerships, and investment opportunities through curated connections with potential partners and clients across Endeavor’s global ecosystem, including AWS, Carta, and Aspire.
  • Receive tailored support at every stage of growth through Endeavor’s programs and platforms focused on fundraising, investor access, as well as industry-specific engagements that provide market insights and sectoral expertise. This includes Endeavor’s flagship MatchCap program, which is a curated investor-founder roadshow connecting entrepreneurs with global capital providers.

The Global Hub in Singapore is supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG), reflecting a strategic public-private partnership to strengthen Singapore's position as a premier launchpad for global technology and innovation.

The Global Hub is rolling out a suite of several flagship programs, including:

  • Unicorn Builder Program which supports promising growth-stage companies with the ambition and potential to become globally impactful businesses. The program will launch later this year.
  • Dare to Scale Program, which targets high-potential, early-stage Singapore-based companies looking to accelerate their growth. The inaugural cohort comprises eight Singapore-based companies across a diverse range of sectors, including AI, fintech, agrifood, and enterprise software.
  • Endeavor Next serves serial entrepreneurs and repeat founders who are building their next global venture from Singapore. A trusted, invitation-based community, Endeavor Next enables experienced founders to exchange ideas, validate ambitious bets, and accelerate the creation of their next category-defining company.

Together, these programs provide a continuum of support for promising companies across different growth stages – from preparing founders for their first international scaling journey to building the next generation of globally significant companies.

Why Singapore?

As founders increasingly build companies with global ambitions from day one, they need a base that offers frictionless access to capital, talent, and market opportunities. Endeavor's decision to establish its Global Hub in Singapore reflects the country's role as a globally connected innovation hub and trusted gateway for entrepreneurs building across borders.

Singapore’s thriving innovation ecosystem provides a strong foundation for these ambitions. Singapore is ranked 4th globally in the Global Startup Ecosystem Index 20261, underscoring the nation’s strengths in providing stability, resources for growth and market access for startups. Home to more than 4,500 tech startups, over 500 Venture Capital firms, and 220 incubators and accelerators, Singapore has become the go-to destination for innovators looking to grow and scale. Singapore also leads Southeast Asia in venture funding activity, accounting for over 65% of the regional deal volume and more than 72% of deal value in 20252. Singapore has welcomed over 70 AI Centres of Excellence (COEs)3 across various industries, and continues to attract international tech companies including Endeavor Entrepreneur-led unicorns such as Ebanx, Insider, and Pismo.

Leadership Perspectives

“At Endeavor, we know incredible talent is not just in Silicon Valley or China, but Elsewhere. For entrepreneurs from Southeast Asia, expanding across borders too often means starting from scratch. Our Global Hub in Singapore gives founders from around the world a head start: a home base, a trusted network, and the right introductions to the people who can help them grow. We're thrilled to partner with EDB and EnterpriseSG to welcome global founders to Singapore and to support Singapore's founders finding their way to the world.”
