Freshworks expands into ASEAN region with its regional hub in Singapore

Freshworks, a leading provider of cloud-based business software and one of the India’s latest unicorns, announced its expansion into the ASEAN market with its first regional hub in Singapore. Supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), the regional hub aims to drive adoption of its customer engagement suite and expand its network of partner resources to better serve customers in the region.

The Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, based in Chennai, India, has an extensive partner network in ASEAN, Hong Kong and Korea. Freshworks targets small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to help them with their digital transformation by offering a wide range of solutions designed to help customers increase collaboration and internal and external engagements.
