German Centre Singapore celebrates 30 years of empowering German businesses in Asia-Pacific since 1995

German Centre Singapore proudly marks its 30th anniversary on Tuesday, 4 June 2025, celebrating three decades of empowering German businesses in Singapore and across the APAC region. This special milestone coincides with 60 years of Germany–Singapore economic relations, underlining the strength and longevity of the bilateral partnership.

The evening celebration at the German Centre’s iconic lobby and rooftop will bring together high-level government officials, business leaders, and members of the international and local business community.

Since opening its doors in 1995, the German Centre has helped over 600 companies successfully enter the Singapore market. Many of these firms began with just a small office in the German Centre and have since grown into high-value companies and major players in their industries, making significant investments in Singapore’s economy.

“Over the past 30 years, we've witnessed incredible growth stories that began right here within our walls. This milestone isn’t just about our history — it’s about the future we’re continuing to build together with our tenants, partners, and the wider Singaporean and DACH business communities.”

Michael Hirschner
