This press release was issued by Klaviyo.
Klaviyo, the autonomous B2C CRM, today opens its Asia headquarters in Singapore. Supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), this is the company’s most significant regional commitment to date, to help Asian retailers build lasting relationships with their customers and capitalise on the AI shopping age.
The office opens with 25+ staff as part of a 150+strong APAC team, built to serve the full region with local leadership and infrastructure from day one. The office opens just as Asia’s consumers enter the AI age of shopping, with brands needing to keep pace by knowing who their customers are, personalising every interaction, and predicting what customers will do next.
Brian Kealey, Klaviyo’s APAC Managing Director, and Eric Fearday, Klaviyo’s Chief Revenue Officer, officiated the opening, joined by Clare Lee, Vice President of Global Enterprises Division from the EDB.
