Upload the Completed Re-Entry Permit renewal Application Form, and the supporting documents

After completing the Re-Entry Permit renewal Application Form, please upload the forms to https://application.sgip.gov.sg/public/rep, together with the following list of supporting documents:

1. ACRA Bizfile (dated no more than 6 months)
2. CPF contribution statements (latest 3 months)
3. Completed business projection form(s) (1 form for each business operation). This form will take about 30 minutes to complete
   
   • Business Projection Form EN
   • Business Projection Form CN
4. Audited financial statements for the Singapore company(ies) for the last 3 years
5. IRAS tax filings (if audited financial statements are not available)
6. Future business plans (if any)

(Please upload all the required documents stated above as soon as possible, no later than 1 month from the date of receipt of this email.)

Submit the Signed Re-Entry Permit renewal E-form in hard copy to Contact Singapore
