Mandai X is a new growth accelerator and venture building arm of Singapore’s Mandai Wildlife Group, focused on building and scaling ventures at the intersection of sustainability and commercial viability through immersive public experiences.

Mandai X represents the Mandai Wildlife Group’s bold ambition to extend its reach to more people worldwide, especially as the need for global social change grows.

To bring this vision to life, Mandai X partnered with BCG X to establish a repeatable, scalable venture-building platform. This collaboration led to the launch of two purpose-driven ventures:

• PawPaw: A digital platform translating Mandai’s renowned animal care expertise into practical guidance for pet owners. 
• Ranger Buddy: An immersive augmented reality experience that deepens children’s connection with wildlife through interactive, nature-based missions. 

Together, these ventures showcase how corporate innovation, through venture building, can unlock global nature-positive impact—starting from Singapore.
