Patrick leads PwC Singapore's Venture Hub, with over 18 years of experience across Asia and Europe. He is well-versed in the fields of technology and innovation, and is equipped with in-depth expertise in the venture capital industry. His global experience has allowed him to act as an enabler to the ecosystem – connecting startups with investors and government agencies, and acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in the technology startup ecosystem.
Patrick has mentored startups in areas of commercialisation, fundraising and strategy. He is also responsible for building PwC Singapore's investment portfolio and sits on the PwC Global New Ventures committee, overseeing the commercialisation of PwC SAAS products.

Maxime Blein

Director, PwC Singapore's Venture Hub

Maxime is a Director at PwC Singapore's Venture Hub and focuses on supporting tech startups with their growth, acceleration and fundraising. He also works with tech investors in identifying the right assets and conducting due diligence. Maxime is actively involved in Singapore and Southeast Asia's tech startup ecosystem, participating in activities such as mentoring startup accelerators, delivering masterclasses on relevant topics for startups and speaking and publishing thought leadership on the startup landscape.
