With the former's systems-designed operating framework and the latter’s forward-designed service architecture, the alliance will jointly develop a Regional Center of Excellence, creating more than 50 high-value roles across emerging disciplines while embedding long-term operational continuity through sustained investment in local capability and execution excellence.
