If you are a top talent looking to make an impact, Singapore wants you.

As part of efforts to strengthen its position as a global talent hub, Singapore unveiled several changes to its work pass framework in 2022. A key initiative is the launch of Singapore’s Overseas Networks and Expertise (ONE) Pass aimed at attracting top talent from diverse sectors.

Designed to provide career flexibility for high-achieving individuals, who wish to make a difference from Singapore, ONE Pass is a personalised visa that allows high achievers to enjoy five years of stability, along with fuss-free family relocation through spousal work privileges.
