Singapore’s refreshed work pass framework is part of its long-term commitment to help companies do business more seamlessly. Schemes like the Tech@SG programme complement these latest enhancements by providing company-level endorsement to MOM, allowing fast-growing companies to get the critical talent they need for regional expansion. 

At the same time, the Singapore Government is developing the local workforce through skills transfer from top global talent, as well as talent development incentives like the International Postings Programme and SkillsFuture Leadership Development Initiative. Programmes such as the SG Leaders Network and the Industry 4.0 Human Capital Initiative also keep the Singaporean workforce competitive.
