When Noah Pepper and his family first touched down in Singapore, it was meant to be temporary — a one-year assignment abroad. Two years later, the decision to stay became a clear conviction: Singapore was not just a waypoint. It was the place to build the next chapter of his life — and a company that could reshape an entire industry.
Noah is no stranger to innovation, having spent a decade in Silicon Valley. There, he had co-founded data analytics startup Lucky Sort — later acquired by Twitter (now known as X) — and subsequently joined Stripe to help launch its global products. His career took him from holding leadership positions across engineering and product management teams, to ultimately heading the company’s Asia Pacific business from Singapore.
It was during his time in Singapore that Noah gained fresh perspective and decided to launch his latest venture: Multiplier Holdings, an AI-powered platform transforming the professional services sector.
From San Francisco to Singapore: Expanding Horizons
When Noah landed in Singapore at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, he did not know what to expect. Almost immediately, Singapore offered him something different.
“I was really impressed by the thoughtfulness and pragmatism of the Singapore government,” Noah recalls. “I remember taking a walk and sharing a coffee with a leader from the public sector shortly after moving here, and being struck by how long-term and strategic their thinking is.”
What also stood out was the economic diversity. “Coming from the Bay Area, it was amazing to end up in a city that was economically vibrant, but in a much more diverse way. I was meeting people leading APAC arms of so many different kinds of businesses — not just tech.”
