Please download the Singapore Citizenship E-Application Form (Please view this form using Adobe Acrobat Reader), for completion online. This form will take about 30 minutes to complete.

Upload the Completed Singapore Citizenship Application Form, and the supporting documents

After completing the Singapore Citizenship Application Form, please upload the forms to https://application.sgip.gov.sg/public/sc, together with the following list of supporting documents:

1. Completed business projection form(s) (1 form for each business operation). This form will take about 30 minutes to complete
   • Business Projection Form EN
   • Business Projection Form CN

(Please upload all the required documents stated above as soon as possible, no later than 1 month from the date of receipt of this email.)

Submit the Signed Singapore Citizenship E-form in hard copy to Contact Singapore
